Surrounded by tea gardens, this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Take a rest and then a walk around town to appreciate the natural charms of the city. | Darjeeling : Break fast at the hotel followed by full day local sightseeing covering Padmaja N.Zoolgical garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Self-help center and visit to the Mall and local Market (City Life). Overnight at hotel.

Darjeeling: Early morning at 3.30 am start for tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on the Mt.Kanchendzonga (World's 3rd highest peak), visit Ghoom Monastery and Batashia loop war Memorial. Rest of the day free for leisure and individual activity. You can also take an optional tour to rock gardens. Overnight at hotel. |

| Darjeeling to Gangtok: Morning transfer to Gangtok (98 Kms/4hrs), enroute visits Teesta. At an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the capital of the state of Sikkim - a beautiful and clean town promising the best monasteries and landscapes. Do not miss a visit to the Roomtek monastery, Tibetology, Handicraft centre, etc. Visit Tashi viewpoint for sunrise along with phodong monastery. Evening free.Overnight at hotel.

Gangtok: F ull day sightseeing in and around this capital city of Sikkim covering Chortan, Stupa Institute of Tibetology Institute of Handicrafts and Handlooms. After lunch visit Roomtek Monastery & Dharma Charka centre (24Kms/ 45mins). Evening return to the hotel in time for dinner. Overnight at the hotel. |
